4 天前Hello I am currently in a dispute with a seller based in the Fujian province in China who refused to issue a refund for a used item he sold to me as new the item was returned with the tracking number upload to the Dhgate application however the companies analyst is not willing to issue a refund I have made multiple attempts to explain the situation with customer service but no success.?
